Concerts and Festivals
I LOVE live music so I thought I would share what concerts and festivals I have been to and all the artists I have been lucky enough to see live! 🎤🎸
The Wombats
When I was 16, I went to my first concert and it was The Wombats! I absolutely loved it and since then, I have loved both The Wombats' music and live music in general 🩷
Elton John
Not long after my first concert, I saw Elton John! I am a big fan of his and it felt so surreal to see him in real life!
Maisie Peters
When my friend invited me to go see Maisie Peters with her, I hadn't even heard of her, but I quickly became a fan and she's now one of my favs! Her openers Gretta Ray and Dylan were also great! I got to hear an unreleased song too (which is still unreleased btw, Maisie please release "The Drought" 🙏)
Rolling Sets Festival
I went to my first music festival in 2024 and I must admit, I went because The Wombats were headlining 😅 But I also got to see Peach PRC, Old Mervs and Lime Cordiale! I practically got barricade for The Wombats I was so excited!
Wallows
About a week after Rolling Sets, I went to see Wallows! I was already a fan but I became an even bigger fan after seeing them live! Grent Perez opened for them and he was really good too!
Bea
(previously Bea and her Business)
Bea is another artist my friend introduced me to and I really enjoyed seeing her live, I definitely recommend her music! I even got to meet her after the show! I also liked her openers Carla Wehbe and MACEY!
Laneway Festival
I went to Laneway in 2026 which is one of the big music festivals in Australia! I got to see Cavetown, Gigi Perez, BENEE, Lucy Dacus, ROLE MODEL, Wet Leg and Chappell Roan!
Ed Sheeran
Ed Sheeran was great live! I also got to see Vance Joy because he was one of the openers along with Mia Wray and Aaron Rowe which was very exciting!!
(also my phone ran out of storage in the middle of the concert so I was frantically deleting stuff lmaooo)
Maisie Peters (again)
I saw Maisie Peters again before the release of her third album 🌼This time, it was a smaller venue and I was alot closer to the stage!! I also loved the opener Aleksiah!!
